ANCs can have direct negotiation/discussion with customer. {13CFR124.503(c)(2)}. Customers can build and ensure SUCCESS through CASE.  ANCs are legal corporate entities, not sovereign nations.

Eligibility for Sole Source Awards cannot be protested {13CFR124.517(a)}.   This offers Fast, Efficient, Streamlined Acquisition, the contracting process can take place in as quickly as a week or two.

No Ceiling on Contract Awards (13CFR124.506).  ANCs may be sole sourced contracts of any size.

DoD prime contractors are eligible for a 5% incentive payment under the DoD Incentive Program {DFAR 252-226}
